At Watsons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and wellness purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Watsons account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' to receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
